Is this the easiest version to start with?

Yes. EasySLU Cloud is the default choice for most SLUs because the server, deploys, backups and updates are handled by EasySLU. You can focus on documents, review and filings.

Can I move to a private install later?

Yes, but it should be treated as a planned migration. The best time is after the company workflow is stable and the server requirements, backup policy and update responsibility are clear.

Does EasySLU submit filings directly?

Not in v1. The cloud version prepares values, PDFs, annual-account support and review packs. You still use the company certificate for final portal upload, signature and receipt recording.

Who controls access?

Your company controls workspace access, team invitations and agent scopes. EasySLU operates the hosted service and support workflows needed to keep the cloud product running.
